My Approach
I have a passion for empowering clients in self-discovery and healing. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can gain clarity during life’s challenging and uncertain times. As an eclectic counselor, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic theories and techniques to tailor the counseling experience to each client's unique needs. This integrative approach allows for flexibility and responsiveness, ensuring that the methods used are the most effective for the individual's circumstances. Some of these models include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy. The populations I serve include older adolescents and adults (ages 16 and up).
