My Approach

I believe that life is lived in the gray. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to supporting my clients to navigate their way through life's ups and downs. I am trauma-informed and eclectic in my approach using strategies pulled from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, as well as person-centered techniques when working with clients.

I'm passionate about helping clients through seasons of transition. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable in honesty and vulnerability to pave the way for healing and change.
