My Approach
I believe there is strength and vulnerability in asking for help when we need it. In my practice, I hope to meet my clients where they’re at with empathy and grace. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, and have an eclectic approach, pulling from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing when working with clients. I believe when our mind and body reconnect we are better able to understand our needs and heal relationships with ourselves and others.
