My Approach

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker committed to creating an empathetic, therapeutic relationship based on trust, compassion and understanding. I understand that Behavioral Health treatment is not “One Size Fits All”. Which is why I use various evidence-based treatment methods (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Moral Recognition Therapy) to help my clients navigate their feelings and set them on a path to wellness.

Traditionally, my focus has been in addiction and childhood/family trauma-including adult children of alcoholics-but, I am equally passionate about providing treatment for adults struggling with any number behavioral health concerns.
